What are iSlicker skins?

The iSlicker skins are precisely made protective and decorative polyurethane covers designed for small electronic products.

Why is the iSlicker 'skin' cover different from a vinyl 'wrap' or silicone 'skin'?

The Islicker is a 'domed' product. This means that the skin material is coated with a clear polyurethane plastic. This gives the cover body and depth which, in turn, increases the protective nature as well as providing a rich appearance. Read about the Differences in iPod Covers

What is doming?

Doming is a simple process that adds depth and perceived value to any shape or size non porous material. This is accomplished by coating the target surface with a layer of polyurethane resin. The resin 'domes' on the surface to form a clear lens. Polyurethane resin is a very durable, tough, long lasting product which cannot be easily scratched or dented with ordinary use. In addition, a good quality resin will not yellow when exposed to UV and presents no health or safety issues either in production or with the application of the cured domed object. The doming enhances the look and feel of a product.

How is the iSlicker applied to my iPod or Phone?

1. Simply peel the iSlicker from its backing and apply it to your iPod making sure the iSlicker's protective window and the iPod screen are aligned squarely. This will automatically align the click wheel.
2. Turn your iPod over and align the back of the iSlicker with the top and side of your iPod. The iSlicker allows for an open area at the bottom so your iPod will fit into a docking station.

Will this skin cover really protect my Razr and iPod?

Yes, not only are the durable and protective, the built in screen guard is scratch resistant.

Can I put my iPod with a iSlicker Skin on it into a docking or charging station?

Most docking stations, including Apple, will accept the iPod with the iSlicker skin attached. There may be a few types that will require you to lift any cover in order to have the iPod fit.

How long will the iSlicker iPod Skin cover it stay on?

Our high quality iSlicker Skin covers stay on for years. Even if you remove it and out it back on it will continue to stick...plus it leaves no residue.

Can I really Remove and Re-Use these iPod skin covers?

The adhesive back is just enough to assure it always stays on, but not permanently. Remove and re-apply as much as you want!

How quickly can I get my iSlicker skin cover?

We ship daily from San Diego. Our standard shipping is US mail, which can take 5 to 7 days to reach the East coast. Priority mail (3 days) is available for $12.00 and Overnight Air is also available for $25.00

Does the iSlicker protect all of the iPod, including the screen and the wheel?

The iSlicker has been designed to protect both the front of the iPod as well as the back, including all components.

What products have the iSlickers been designed for?

Included in the product list for the iSlicker skins are MP3 players, including the Apple iPod family, the SanDisk Sansa and the Microsoft Zune. In addition, we also offer skins for the Motorola RAZR phones as well as for the Apple iPhone.

Can I remove the iSlicker without damaging the iPod?

Yes, KMKplus has carefully selected a 3-M designed, residue-free adhesive. This means that the iSlicker will never damage the surface of your electronic devices. This adhesive assures that you can remove and replace the iSlicker with no residue sticking to the iPod surface.

Can I remove and then replace the iSlicker more than once?

Yes, we have designed the iSlicker so it may be carefully removed, stored and then replaced multiple times, if desired.

What is the return or exchange policy for iSlicker?

You may return an unopened iSlicker for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Any shipping charges will not be refunded.

What is your policy on making special designs for the iSlickers?
